Verification of control stations
Performed in our laboratory or on site at the user’s premises.
The service is as comprehensive as possible :
- Verification of detection of all faults
- Functional checks: in addition to functional suitability, the following are systematically checked:
– Safety devices (two-hand controls, etc.)
– peripherals (printers, etc.)
– accessories (high-voltage test probes, earth test probes, etc.). - Verification of test setups.
- Control of the ‘Control’
– Self-control
– Detection of ‘parasitic earth’.
– Detection of ‘broken wires’
– Redundancy of contactors
– …. - Verification of second-level internal protections.
- Verification of accuracy classes on standard quantities (UHV, U leakage, U iso, R cm, I cm, I disj, I sc, R iso, etc.) and on functional test measurements (I, U, P, R, calculations, etc.)
- Adjustment of internal variable elements.
- Adjustment and recalibration of measurements.
- Preventive maintenance analysis.
- Advice on use and implementation.
- Provision of a verification report with COFRAC-approved reference equipment. (with or without measurement readings)
- Systematic opening of stations for inspection.
