General description

The D1131 unit is an electromechanical unit comprising a Programmable Logic Controller and controlled by a colour touchscreen panel.

This station allows for the execution of various safety tests required by different standards (Continuity Grounding, Insulation, or High Voltage AC) as well as a functional test (single-phase power supply without current measurement).

All tests are performed automatically with a single product connection.

  • Continuity to ground test at 12VAC – Current of 10A or 25A – Adjustable resistance threshold up to 500mΩ
  • High Voltage or Insulation test depending on the version selected
  • High Voltage AC test – Leakage current up to 10mA AC
  • Insulation test with fixed voltage 500VDC and maximum resistance 500MΩ
  • Functional test in single-phase 230VAC without current measurement
  • Programming and messaging display on the control panel
  • In case of fault : audible and visual alarm
  • Internal self-test procedure (mandatory and blocking in case of fault)
  • Test recording with the option of transfer via USB or Ethernet
