General Description

Type D1071, D1091, and D1127 workstations are electromechanically designed units comprising a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and controlled by a PC equipped with our supervisory software developed using PCVue..

They allow for the execution of various safety tests required by different standards (ground continuity, insulation, high voltage in AC or DC, standard leakage) as well as functional tests (single-phase or three-phase power supply).

All tests are automatically performed with a single product connection.

Main Features

  • Continuity Test of Live Parts under 12VAC for detecting phase/neutral connections or short circuits
  • Continuity Test under 12VAC – Current of 10A or 25A – Programmable resistance threshold – 4-wires method
  • High Voltage Test in AC or DC – With or without superposition – Leakage current up to 100mA AC and 10mA DC
  • Insulation Test with max voltage 500VDC and max resistance 50MΩ – With or without superposition
  • Standard Leakage Test according to EN60990 figure 4 (with isolation transformer and distinction between phase and neutral leakage)
  • Functional Test according to the product’s supply voltage for measuring current consumption or power consumption
  • Specific Functional Test according to customer requirements (product control functions, temperature measurement, rotation measurement, etc.)
  • Digital display of measurements on the Software
  • Programming and messaging display on the software
  • All programmable parameters (voltage, duration, minimum threshold, maximum threshold, ramp-up/down, etc.)
  • In case of fault : audible and visual alarm
  • Internal self-check procedure (mandatory and blocking in case of fault)
  • Detection of parasitic ground, high-voltage presence monitoring during the cycle, contactor redundancy, etc.
