General Description

The GLP1 and GLP2 types are programmable, electronically designed multi-test devices.

With their high-voltage leakage current limited to 4mA, they can be used without special safety devices (EN 50191 standard).

They allow for the sequencing of various safety tests required by different standards (Mass Continuity, Insulation, High Voltage in AC or DC) as well as functional tests (single-phase product powered at its nominal voltage by an external source).

All tests are automatically performed sequentially with a single product connection.

  • Continuity Test of Live Parts at 24VDC for detecting phase/neutral connections or short circuits
  • Continuity Test of Ground at 6V or 12VAC – Current from 10A to 30A – Programmable resistance threshold – 4-wires method
  • High Voltage Test at 5.5KVAC max and 6KVDC – Leakage current up to 3mA AC and 10mA DC
  • Insulation Test with maximum voltage 6KVDC and maximum resistance 10GΩ
  • Simulation Test of Standard Leakage (without isolation transformer and with summation of phase and neutral leakage)
  • Functional Test with external voltage source for current consumption measurement
  • Digital display of measurements on control panel
  • Programming and messaging display on control panel with keypad
  • All programmable parameters (voltage, duration, minimum threshold, maximum threshold, ramp-up/ramp-down, etc.)
