We can supply you with all types of fault simulation boxes:
- Standard or specific boxes from our BOUCHET BIPLEX range
- Standard boxes from our Schleich range
The fault simulation box is to be used with the device to be tested instead of the product to be tested.
The test ensures that the unit is able to detect faults correctly.
It is generally recommended that this check be carried out on a daily or weekly basis, depending on the test frequency, and complements the unit’s internal self-check and annual verification.
BOUCHET BIPLEX FAULT SIMULATION BOXES
Examples of ‘standard’ fault simulation boxes.

The resistance values and connection mode can be adapted to meet all requirements.
- Type B506 – B510 box: this type of box allows a function to be tested (e.g. mass test or high-voltage test).

- D1024 type box: this type of box allows several functions to be tested (e.g. mass test, high voltage test and functional test) and may be compatible with overlay tests.
SCHLEICH FAULT SIMULATION BOXES
Mainly two standard models suitable for use with Schleich stations
- 10, IR, HV DC, HV AC for testing with high voltage stations
- 20, GB, IR, HV DC, HV A for testing with multi-test stations
- 30, GB, IR, HV DC, HV AC, Fct, LC
- 40, test probe, PE, Iso, HV DC, HV AC
